A collaboration between a customer and MTEK can come in many forms. Here we have tried to group the most common ways in which we interact with our Clients.
For smaller engagements MTEK provide services or products that are well-defined and covers a rather small part of the Clients operation or organization. Such services are in general performed on-site for a couple of days and may typically be assessments, specific improvements, investigations or business intelligence.
Larger engagements, comes in mainly two forms, either as projects or programs. The difference here is the size and type of the goal. Projects are in general smaller and consist of a number of services and products. Examples of projects could be, out-/insouring, lead time reduction, greenfield establishments, securing product release etc.
Programs on the other hand often aim to deeper change the entire organization in order to create a new company culture that has truly incorporated the improvements. Examples of programs are; zero defect, operational development, capital efficiency etc.
Programs and projects follows our general 360° Method », but are always individually adapted to the actual customer and market needs. No matter what engagement that is selected, it is important for MTEK that the selected solutions are not only “self-funding” but also profitable. It is therefore our aim that a customer always becomes more profitable during our collaboration.
