Swegon Group, a market leading supplier in the field of indoor environment, today announces they have selected MTEK Industry’s software MBrain to accelerate their manufacturing excellence and digitization journey.
Swegon Group operates a world class production facility in Kvänum, Sweden; where they have spent decades of production method, philosophy and continuous improvements with the factory staff in focus. To take their production to the next level they have decided to invest in a new Manufacturing Intelligence System, and start with the MES functionality in the MBrain Make Module. They have high demands on the system and MBrain will build a digital baseline to take the production to the next level.
MBrain can be deployed in a cloud based, on-prem or hybrid set-up. It covers single or multi-site manufacturing intelligence applications and is adaptable to support the customer’s people and processes.
As a No-Code system MBrain is easy to deploy, requires no consultants or major involvement from IT departments. MBrain is built by manufacturers – for manufacturers. It connects to production machines and processes throughout the product life cycle, from design to end-of-life, and helps you achieve the most out of production, by identify and eliminate waste.
MTEK’s CEO Mattias Andersson has 25 years of experience within global manufacturing, is extremely impressed of Swegon’s production level and their world class production. “I am extremely proud over the long-term partnership with Swegon Group” he says. “Swegon’s requirement specification is a testimony of their vision with the system, and it is a perfect match to our ambition with MBrain. I am sure this partnership will make both parties even better. I am impressed and humbled to have gained the trust and we will do our utmost best to live up to Swegon’s expectations”.
“We strongly believe in this partnership and are convinced that MBrain and the people from MTEK will deliver the most capable Manufacturing Execution system on the market. We are excited to kick-off the deployment together with MTEK, and we see a long-sighted potential to expand with many more of functionalities that MBrain provides”, says Daniel Krantz, Production Manager at Swegon Operations Kvänum.
Johan Andersson, Manager, Manufacturing Excellence at Swegon Operations Kvänum adds, “For Swegon, it has been important to find a software that really supports the work of our operational personnel. We have a highly developed manufacturing operation; combining both high volume and high mix, which requires a lot from our vendor. With MTEK, we will get not just the software we need, but also the team behind it that will strengthen our ability to develop our operations over time.”
